Returns Authorisation Number
If you wish return any items you will need to complete the form on the below.
Once we have received your email request, an acknowledgement will be emailed to you, and we will process your request. If the items you wish to return are within our returns period we will issue If you want to follow up your email request please use your RAN as your reference, our lines are open 8:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday and 8:00 – 12:00 on Saturdays.
Due to the number of parts we handle, this policy is mandatory - any items returned without a valid Returns Authorisation Number will not be refunded as we will be unable to accurately work out who to refund and they will not have an RAN without following this process.Unless we have all information requested above, we are unable to carry out our obligations.
Please return your item(s) in original packaging and ensure that all packages are securely wrapped. You must include a copy of your Returns Authorisation Form which we email back to you, with your item(s). This is needed to process your return. Clearly mark your Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) on the outside of the package, and send to the following address:

The customer is responsible for all postage costs for products returned under our Returns Procedure (except where the goods are faulty - see above) unless this has been specifically agreed and confirmed in advance with the Customer Services Department with the details noted on the RAN. Hughie Willett Machinery Ltd. will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit, please ensure that the insurance cover option is taken where possible. Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and at our discretion, credit may be refused.
Returns Procedure ( Internet and Telephone Purchases Only )
At Hughie Willett Machinery we hope that you are happy with your purchase, however we know that sometimes you will need to return an item. If you are unhappy with the goods for any reason, please return your item to us with your receipt (This shall not affect your cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on unused items returned within 14 days for internet purchases. If the item is faulty we are happy to offer a refund or exchange where available. Before returning your item(s) please contact Hughie Willett Machinery Ltd for a Returns Authorisation Number. This will help us to track your return and ensure you receive your exchange or refund promptly.For non-faulty products You have the option to return the product to Hughie Willett Machinery Ltd. If we collect the items you wish to return we regret that these charges are non-refundable.
Alternatively, we can arrange the collection using our carrier ( cost will depend on weight of parts and will be deducted from refund amount). Any products returned must not be devalued, should be in a re-saleable condition & include the documentation and original packaging. Ensure you have contacted our customer services for a Returns Authorisation Number, and read our Terms and Conditions. For faulty goods we will arrange a pick-up service free of charge. You also have the option to return the product instore to Hughie Willett Machinery Ltd.All goods will be inspected before an exchange or refund is applied.This returns procedure only applies to internet purchases. Returns Procedure ( Showroom / Counter Purchases Only )
We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on unused items returned within 14 days for Showroom / Counter purchases. If the item is faulty we are happy to offer a refund or exchange where available. Before returning your item(s) please complete the form above to obtain your Returns Authorisation Number. This will help us to track your return and ensure you receive your exchange or refund promptly. For non-faulty products You have the option to return the product to Hughie Willett Machinery Ltd.
Such returns will be subject to a restocking charge of 25% of the original purchase price or £15.00 which ever is the greater. We regret that delivery charges are non-refundable. We will accept returns within 14 days of invoice date, returned to our address. Returned products must be accompanied by a copy of your RAN ( Returns Authorisation Number - See Above ).
We will not refund non-stock items which have been specially ordered for you unless our supplier will accept them back into their stock. We follow normal industry practice in making a 20% handling charge for returns of this nature.
You will be under a duty to take reasonable care to see that returned products are well packaged, so to avoid damage in transit. All products are returned at your own cost.
After we have established that the products are unused and undamaged, you will be refunded the original cost of the products ( excluding costs to return products to us), within 30 days. .All goods will be inspected before an exchange or refund is applied.This returns procedure only applies to showroom / counter purchases.
