RAPID CLICK SYSTEM: MOUNT OR REMOVE THE MOWING HEAD AT THE TOUCH OF A BUTTON. With the Rapid Click System, you can mount or remove the mowing head at the touch of a button. With just a “click”, the mowing head is securely mounted to the tool so you're ready to work, or removed from the tool if it needs replacing.
ADVANCED EASYSPOOL: WIND THE MOWING HEAD QUICKLY AND EASY. Thanks to the orange disc handle, the mowing head can be wound with mowing line easily, without the need for tools. You can wind it directly on the power tool or after it has been removed - which can be done at the touch of a button thanks to the Rapid Click System.
TOOL-FREE ADJUSTABLE LOOP HANDLE: FLEXIBLE ADJUSTMENT, FLEXIBLE MOWING. The loop handle can be quickly and easily adjusted without any tools so you can adapt the working position to your height. The optimised geometry of the loop handle gives plenty of freedom to manoeuvre and precise guidance of your power tool in different mowing situations.
POWER LEVELS: PERFORMANCE SUITABLE FOR THE TASK. You can set 2 different power levels on the handle. Level 1, is Eco mode, which has reduced power to extend the battery life. Level 2 allows you to use the full power of the tool.
SINGLE- HANDED MULTI-FUNCTION HANDLE WITH SPEED CON: EASY ADJUSTMENT OF tool PERFORMANCE. Quickly and conveniently adjust the speed of your tool to the respective work situation. Doing so reduces energy consumption at low speeds, and in this way extends the battery runtime. The practical control handle with speed control allows you to make the relevant adjustment without having to change your grip or pause work.
STHIL ANTI-VIBRATION SYSTEM: FOR MORE PLEASANT WORK. Vibrations can occur when you put your tools through their paces, and these are particularly noticeable in the grip area. The buffer and spring elements of the STIHL anti-vibration system reduce the transmission of engine vibrations to the handle area and therefore to your body. The result is that your tool is more comfortable to hold and your work is much less tiring.
HANGING EYELET: FOR SAFE STORAGE. The tool has an eyelet allowing you to store your tool safely and compactly.
IPX4 CERTIFIED: SPLASHWATER PROTECTION. The AP 200 S is IPX4 certified thanks to the encapsulated electronics and sealing of each individual cell. It means that the battery is protected against splashwater from all sides and can be used in rainy conditions.
TOOL MONITORING WITH THE SMART CONNECTOR: INTEGRATION INTO STIHL CONNECTED. The tool is compatible with the Smart Connector, meaning it can be integrated into the STIHL connected system. Once you have attached a Smart Connector to the tool, after one-time commissioning it will record the tool’s operating hours and transmit them to the STIHL connected App via Bluetooth. In addition to displaying the operational time, the app also provides an overview of all necessary maintenance, ensuring that you do not overlook important upkeep and that your tool is always in a ready-to-use condition.
The STIHL FSA 110 R is a battery-powered brushcutter designed for tackling the toughest gardening and landscaping jobs you may face. Part of the AP System of battery tools, this brushcutter has low noise emissions, making it ideal for work in noise-sensitive areas such as schools, hospitals and quiet neighbourhoods.
The FSA 110 R is supplied with the AutoCut C 12-2, a mowing head designed exclusively for brushcutters with the STIHL Rapid Click System. It can be fitted to the brushcutter without the need for any additional tools – simply click it in place and you are ready to go! Removing the head is simple too, simply click the side button to remove the mowing head – making rewinding it with mowing line even easier. You can also fit the FSA 110 R with the PolyCut 12-2 mowing head (sold separately), which also clicks in place without the need for tools.
Fitted with a loop handle that has a quick-mounting system, which means you can adjust the handle to your height for an ergonomic working position. This handle also makes mowing on slopes, around trees or on uneven terrains even easier. The FSA 110 R has a powerful brushless EC motor and speed-adjustment on the control handle, which can be set at 2 different speed settings. There is an ECO mode (level 1), for simple tasks such as trimming lawn edges, which results in lower energy consumption for extended battery life. And there is full speed mode (level 2), for mowing thicker grass, which will use more of the battery energy.
On a full charge with the AP 200 S battery, the FSA 110 R has a working time of 30 – 60 minutes when used with the AutoCut C 12-2 and 70 – 130 minutes when used with the PolyCut 12-2 mowing head.
